These are texts from her rescuer/caretaker. Spirit Dog is spayed, heartworm negative and on prevention, housetrained, has rabies shot.
June 11 - Spirit Dog’s new home didn’t work out. She killed some chickens. She is wonderful with kids and other dogs if you know of anyone wanting a sweetie. Heart worm negative and on prevention. House trained. Perfect except for the chickens
June 3 - Spirit Dog was spayed today. I also had her heart worm tested. She is negative and therefore I’ve been able to find her a wonderful home. I will take her to them Thursday and I have copies of all her vetting for them to take to their Vet. She will have 5 humans, one other dog, and some chickens in her new family. I have know the lady for years and it is a wonderful home. If for some reason it does t work she will come back to me. Thank you so much. I would not have been able to do this without your help. Not bad for a dog abandoned in a cemetery. She is a sweet soul
May 11 - This is Spirit Dog. She was at the cemetery and appeared to have been thrown out. I fed her for about a week and a half because she had milk. Her mild dried up and neither myself nor the men working at the water tower across the road could never find any pups. She seems to be very very young. I am trying to find a home for her but she is at my house now. How long to I have to wait after milk dries up to get her spayed and will you help? I’ve tried to find owners and even contacted animal control. They are full and if she goes there will be euthanized. I will keep her if need be but she needs to be spayed
